Brian, you have so much going on in this piece. I keep looking and looking. You know me, I have to deconstruct every little bit. I love doing that before I look to see what you listed for mediums. Good show!
In-spite of the many movements, this is fluid, poetic in a way…soothing.
Though there is a lot going on in this spread, it feels tranquil…probably due the blue color and other muted tones you have used. Another great spread Brian!
Brian, This piece really draws me in. The light washes add movement and mystery. I love the pencil with this.
Really love this one… something wordless about it.
The notion that we’re all acting is sad, but probably true, at least in some way or other…
the blue is quite arresting… and congrats on making the cover of Seth’s new book…
this is touching and very poetic!
