Spread 0120 – Depth

Spread 0120 - Depth - 72

February 2013

Acrylic paint, gesso, vintage and personal images, tissue images, matt medium, image transfer.

How does one develop depth? It doesn’t happen over night. It develops over time. Experimenting, living, learning, working, failing, uncovering, discovering.

This is a beautiful spread Brian – it feels like SPRING emerging…

I would like to say that some ‘introspection’ can depth…to a person!

Yes, I agree, dreamy, floaty, sweet, graceful yet engaging. Love what you wrote, beautifully said, and so true!

Absolutely GREAT colors, here, Brian! Love the way that various images appear out of the blended colors in the background, almost in the same way one sees recognizable images in clouds passing overhead. Lovely, and rich!
